WordPress Theme Change and Tweaks

I need help to change my current WordPress website theme to a new one I have selected. Minor tweaks and also changing few configrations, adding widgets to cover and show my tours, adding recaptcha for forms, maintaining meta contents to keep my google rankings and few others will be needed post-installation.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficient in WordPress theme installation and configuration

- Good communication skills for discussing the required tweaks, changes, modifications as well
