⚠️ CRITICAL: Website ranks well on Google. ALL SEO elements (URLs, meta tags, content) must stay unchanged.

1. THEME SELECTION:
- Recommend 2-3 premium themes (Flatsome/Astra Pro/Divi/similar)
- Install on staging site

2. GUI CUSTOMIZATION (No Code):
- Customize via WordPress Customizer & theme options only
- Use visual page builders (Elementor/Divi)
- Modern B2B design
- Mobile responsive
- Speed optimization via plugins

3. WHAT CHANGES:
✅ Visual design, colors, fonts, layout

4. WHAT STAYS SAME:
❌ All URLs, meta tags, content, SEO elements

5. DELIVERABLES:
- Theme recommendations
- Fully customized staging site
- Mobile optimized (90+ PageSpeed)
- Documentation & video training
- SEO verification (before/after)
- Live migration

REQUIREMENTS:

MUST HAVE:
- 3+ years WordPress theme customization
- Expert with premium themes & visual builders
- Portfolio of theme-based sites
- SEO-safe migration experience
- NO coding needed for this job

NOT REQUIRED:
- PHP/CSS/JavaScript coding
- Custom theme development

BUDGET: ₹20,000 - ₹40,000 (plus theme cost ₹3-8k if needed)
