WordPress Redesign for Children's Toy Site

I need a WordPress designer to redesign the homepage and main menu of ZaminoToys.in, a parenting and kids’ toy guidance site. The new homepage should follow the structure of the attached reference (hero banner, section cards, trust block, content previews, newsletter) and be fully responsive.

The main menu must be reorganized into these pillar pages (no separate Blog menu): Parenting, Child Development, Play, Learning & Activities, Toy Guidance, Baby Care & Safety, Parent Education & Awareness, About Us, Contact Us. Each pillar should have its own landing page layout designed as a content hub that links to my existing articles.

Requirements
WordPress + Elementor (or similar page builder) experience.

Strong sense of clean, kid‑friendly UI.

On‑page SEO‑friendly structure (correct H1/H2 usage, internal links, fast loading).

Preserve all existing URLs and content; this is mainly layout + navigation work, not new development.

I am looking for the most affordable option that can still deliver a clean, professional result.

redesigning the homepage based on the reference layout, and

restructuring the main menu and creating simple pillar landing pages (layout only, I provide the content).

reuse simple Elementor sections/templates instead of custom coding, and

can complete everything efficiently within a tight budget.
