WordPress Rebuild of Existing Corporate Site

We need our existing corporate website recreated in WordPress so it looks and behaves the same as the current live site (pixel-for-pixel / 1:1 rebuild). This is not a redesign—we already like the current layout, colors, imagery and copy.

The site is approximately 15 pages (Home, About, Contact + several secondary pages/sections). We will provide the full live URL and hosting/WP access. Please mirror all templates, navigation paths, and any existing forms.

Key requirements (must have):

WordPress build that matches the current site visually and functionally
Easy editing for us after handover using Elementor.
Fully responsive (mobile-first) and cross-browser compatible
Fast loading performance (optimize images, good practices)
SEO-friendly structure: correct H1/H2 hierarchy + alt tags on images
Replicate menus, contact form behavior, and any current widgets/interactive elements

Deliverables:

Complete WordPress installation on our hosting
Recreated page structure and templates, menus, and contact form(s)
Responsive layout (mobile/tablet/desktop)
Basic on-page SEO structure (headings + alt text)
Short handover guide (PDF or Google Doc) showing:
how to edit text/images
where forms/settings are located
which plugins/theme/page builder used

Nice to have:

Staging environment (staging site) before going live
Redirect plan if URLs change (we prefer URLs stay identical)
