WordPress Property Listing Site

I want a complete, production-ready property listing website built on WordPress. The build must include a custom post type for properties, clear taxonomies for location, price and other key attributes, and a front-end layout that is responsive, fast and easy for visitors to navigate. Gutenberg or Elementor is fine, as long as the theme stays lightweight and SEO friendly.

You will handle design mock-ups, theme or child-theme creation, plugin selection/configuration, and final deployment to my hosting account. I will supply brand assets and sample property data as soon as we start. Clean code, clear documentation and a brief hand-over call are required for sign-off.
