I want to launch a clean, fast, and fully-responsive WordPress magazine site. The platform should let me publish three distinct content types—News & Articles, Interviews, and Reviews—each with its own category archive and featured placement on the homepage.

Here’s what I have in mind:
• A modern magazine theme (Elementor-compatible or block-based) with easy colour and typography controls.
• Intuitive post templates so non-technical editors can drop in copy, images, and video without breaking the layout.
• A dynamic homepage that automatically pulls the most recent stories from each section and highlights “top” or “editor’s pick” posts.
• Standard SEO essentials (schema, XML sitemap, meta fields) and lightweight performance tweaks for quick loading.
• Simple onboarding documentation covering theme customiser settings, menu management, and how to create a new post in each category.
