WordPress Expert for Homepage Completion

I'm looking for a skilled and reliable WordPress developer/designer to complete the second half of my homepage. The first half is already done, so you’ll be continuing from where the previous freelancer left off.
This is a quality-focused project I want clean, responsive design, proper structure, and attention to detail. If things go well, this could turn into a long-term collaboration for the rest of the site and future projects.
What I Need:
Complete the second half of the homepage (design + development).
Maintain visual and functional consistency with the first half.
