WordPress Developer for Education Business Website

I am looking for an experienced WordPress developer to build a website for my local education business, "Zipmerg Tuition", based in Lucknow.
I already have the Domain and Hosting (Hostinger) purchased. I need you to install WordPress, set up the theme, and design the pages.
Scope of Work:
Tech Stack: Must use WordPress + Astra Theme + Elementor (Page Builder). This is strictly required so I can edit the text myself later.
Design Style: Clean, academic, and trustworthy (Blue/White color scheme preferred). Must look professional for both parents of small kids (Nursery) and senior students (Class 12/NEET).
Pages Required (5-6 Pages):
Home: Hero banner with "Book Demo" button, Success Stats, "Why Choose Us," and Top Tutors profile section.
Services: Clear sections for "School Tuition (Nursery-12th)" and "Competitive Exams (JEE/NEET)".
Tutor Registration: A detailed form for teachers to apply (Name, Subject, Experience, etc.).
For Parents: A "Book a Free Demo" form.
Contact: Google Maps integration (Lucknow), Phone numbers, and WhatsApp link.
Features:
WhatsApp Chat Button: Floating icon on the bottom right.
Mobile Responsive: The site must look perfect on mobile phones (crucial).
Speed: Fast loading time (Google PageSpeed optimized).

I will provide the Hosting Login (Hostinger).
I will provide the Logo and Content (Text/Images).
