WordPress Custom Theme Development

I'm a newborn and family photographer. I already have my complete website design (as a visual mockup) and all the final copy written — I just need someone to build it into WordPress using Elementor Pro (V4 / Atomic editor).

Scope:

Build approx. 1 home page plus probably 5 inner pages (About, Sessions, Galleries, Investment, Contact) from my supplied mockup and copy

Must match my brand colours, fonts (Cormorant + Outfit) and layout - info all provided
Fully responsive on mobile and tablet

Basic on-page SEO setup (titles, meta descriptions, alt text, heading structure) — I'll provide my keywords

Built on my existing hosting (one.com) and my existing draft, without taking the current live site down until launch

Hand over so I can edit text and swap photos myself afterwards

I'll provide: the full design mockup, all written copy, my brand colours/fonts,. I'll add the photos later.

A few questions before we start:
Have you built with Elementor Pro V4 / the Atomic editor specifically?
Would you recommend Elementor V4 for this, or would a different setup be easier for me to maintain?
Can you work on my one.com hosting, and build as a draft/staging so my current site stays live until we're ready?
Can you set up good SEO, and will the site be fully responsive on mobile and tablet?
Will I be able to edit text and photos myself afterwards?

On pricing and scope, I'd like to agree upfront:
A fixed price for this defined scope (not open-ended hourly)
To see examples of photographer sites you've built
What counts as "done," and how many rounds of revisions are included
