Skilled WordPress Developer & Designer Needed

We are looking for a highly skilled WordPress Developer & Designer to design, develop, and maintain modern, responsive WordPress websites with a strong focus on user experience, performance, and innovation.
They should be capable of understanding project requirements quickly and delivering high-quality solutions using WordPress themes/ plugins, Customs themes / Plugins and AI-assisted workflows. This project requires both technical expertise and creative design thinking.
Scope of work :
1. Design, build, and maintain modern, responsive WordPress websites with a strong focus on UI/UX.
2. Customize existing themes or develop new themes from scratch based on client requirements.
3. Leverage generative AI tools (e.g., MidJourney, ChatGPT, Figma AI plugins) to accelerate design, prototyping, and content creation.
4. Explore AI-assisted workflows to improve productivity and deliver innovative design solutions.
5. Conduct user research, wireframing, and usability testing to create intuitive user experiences.
6. Showcase a strong portfolio of UI/UX projects that demonstrate an understanding of user journeys and interaction design.
7. Develop custom WordPress plugins to extend site functionality.
8. Maintain and update existing plugins/themes for compatibility, security, and performance.
9. Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, tools, security practices, and design methodologies.
10. Proven experience as a WordPress Developer & Designer with a strong design portfolio.
11. Demonstrated expertise in UI/UX design, with case studies of past projects.
Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL, Laravel
12. Experience in building and maintaining custom WordPress plugins and themes.
13. Familiarity with generative AI tools to enhance design and development workflows.
