WP Redevelopment Astra Theme - Sales & Conversions Focus
Budget: £750 – £1,500 GBP
I run a website selling online A-level and IGCSE Business (www.caiebusiness.com) courses specifically for Cambridge International Business Exams.
I have a sizeable and growing YouTube audience, and increasing website visits but I’m finding it challenging to convert this audience into sales.
My aims:
- Improving design to position as professional and trustworthy
- Optimising the website for conversions
- Install effective tracking and collect data to understand the customer journey
I hope to find a long-term development partner who can help the business scale up as it continues to grow.
I’ve developed most of the current site myself so have a basic level of technical competence.
I’d like to get started on stage 1 and 2 very soon, and then follow up with stage 3 after June 2022.
Stage 1
Analyse site, sales pages, lead magnet and funnels, site navigation and structure.
Suggest new site structure and design to improve conversions and UX.
Suggest changes to sales funnels and software if appropriate.
Agree with client and set final requirements for project.
Stage 2.
Redesign 10-12 pages, particular focus on sales pages, conversions (clearer calls to action) to position Ed’s Business Essentials as a professional & trustworthy company.
Professional, fast and responsive mobile capability.
Set up caching/CDN to optimise speed.
Fix SEO errors.
Allow membership sales page to toggle between monthly and annual sales packages.
Security – set up Securi or other high-quality security firewall or equivalent.
Stage 3
Ongoing optimisation and maintenance of website.
Migration to another URL.
Creation of sub domains for further subjects
Current Set Up
Astra theme with Elementor used as page builder. Cloudways hosting, server in Singapore.
Blog post pages are created through Wordpress but use a basic template from elementor.
Fluent CRM and Fluent Forms used for lead magnets and sales funnels.
Memberpress used for memberships and to protect member content, learndash for the courses LMS. Currently only annual memberships used.
Basic Requirements
I want to keep the Astra theme so not to cause too much disruption but you will be free to choose the page builder. I’d prefer Gutenberg blocks – or other less bloated page builder than Elementor.
I will do due diligence so will want to contact previous customers to confirm the high quality of your work.

Needs to be easy to navigate and access - especially from mobile - more visuals the better
Parents - Will find the site when looking for tuition to support their son or daughter.
Will check out the site to make a decision on payment.
Teachers - may use the site to support their teaching.
