Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I need a WordPress site set up for a real-estate company so I can showcase and maintain our property portfolio from the admin dashboard without involving external agents or owners. The core of the job is to implement a clean property listing system—each listing must support photos, price, description, location, key features, and an enquiry form—and pair it with an intuitive search and filter function that lets visitors quickly narrow results by location, price range, bedrooms, and property type.
Because I’ll be the only person adding or editing listings, no front-end user accounts are required. A lightweight blog is not essential right now, but it would be helpful if the theme or builder you choose allows me to activate that feature later without a full rebuild.
Key expectations
• Build with WordPress best practices, using either a well-supported real-estate theme or custom post types plus ACF, Elementor, or Gutenberg blocks—whatever you’re most comfortable with and can maintain long term.
• Responsive design that looks sharp on mobile, tablet, and desktop.
• Fast loading times and SEO-ready structure (Yoast or Rank Math).
• Clear instructions or a quick video walkthrough showing me how to add new properties, update existing ones, and adjust the search filters.
