Rapid WordPress Project Showcase Setup

I need a single-page WordPress site built locally in XAMPP that simply showcases one project. No custom coding—everything should be assembled with core WordPress tools or a drag-and-drop page builder such as Gutenberg or Elementor.

The page only has to look clean and professional, with sections for a short project overview, images or video, and a call-to-action button. Because this is time-sensitive, I’m looking for someone who can install WordPress in XAMPP, pick an appropriate free theme, add the content blocks, and deliver the finished site export fast.

Deliverables
• Fully configured WordPress site running in XAMPP (database + wp-content folder)
• Export file or step-by-step import instructions so I can move it to my live server
• A brief note outlining any plugins or themes used
