Need to combine rebuild 2 Frontpage and refresh the menus

Hello we use wppagebuilder as our pages engine. We need to keep using this modules and we would like to have a better menu for each of our websites.
1 is for computer and service
1 is for voip tv and internet
We lose opportunities on each side as people's dont always know what the other business is doing

Maybe with at the top we can have a bar with selection of computer services and the other telecom
I am tired of our flat text menus.
And i want to refresh each front page for betters customer experiences.
I think that the current theme need to be replaced completely
