b) We try not to use CSS at all, personalizations are dangerous when you update plugins and WP
Explanation
We want to migrate to WordPress the various sections of our portals developed in Java that for historical reasons are becoming old and complex to manage. Here you can see the Italian version of one of our portal but if you click the flag you will go to the other versions:

Our migration plan initially involves these two sections:
Pilot Book

DESCRIPTION
The current pilot book is developed in java and is a tool for searching ports and anchorages either through a geographic search or through a search by parameters.

Entries of new ports or anchorages occur either through editorial staff entries or spontaneously, that is, made by users who are moderated.
The system today uses three different domains to have language versions in English and Spanish, a system we are going to decommission and replace with what you will read below.
REQUIRED SPECIFICATIONS
Given the ongoing development of templates, it is believed that the current infrastructure can be migrated to a dedicated wordpress site that, using a template like:

or another one proposed by you, can easily replace the complex system in use.
In order to simplify the management of the system we will keep a single domain, probably https://www.tuttobarche.it/porti-marina-e-ancoraggi and, by installing WPML we will then go on to create the various language versions .
You are required to migrate the content in Italian to the new wordpress system that you will have to configure respecting the urls currently in use and using the template that we will choose together which, obviously will have to be able to perform the functions mentioned above (migration of current data, insertions and moderation of the same)
The new system must use WPML to generate the different languages version (en-es-fr)
2 – Boat on sale
DESCRIPTION
The current boats on sale section is developed in java and is a tool that allows readers, private or not, to enter their boats for sale. In summary a trivial free classifieds system where a reader can enter one or more items for sale.
CURRENT STATUS.
https://www.tuttobarche.it/barche-in-vendita From here, after registering or logging in, the user enters his boat's data through a form that provides both mandatory and optional data, as well as, of course, a series of photos or videos (only with links no uploads) of which he can manage the sorting.
The current data table is definitely overabundant, I plan to streamline it around 50%
