Modern WordPress Theme & Dashboard Revamp

My existing WordPress site needs a fresh, modern-minimalist look and a more useful internal dashboard. I want the public-facing theme completely redesigned—clean lines, generous white space, intuitive navigation, fast load times, and seamless behaviour on mobile, tablet, and desktop. Keep the colour palette understated; the content should be the star.

Alongside the new theme, the /dashboard page must be rebuilt from the ground up so I can add, remove, and rearrange sections through drag-and-drop or other user-friendly controls. In short, it should function like a collection of customizable widgets that I can manage without touching code.

I’m fine with a custom theme or a child theme, as long as it remains lightweight, SEO-friendly, and Gutenberg-compatible. Feel free to leverage Elementor, Advanced Custom Fields, or custom PHP/JS where it makes sense—just avoid bloat and keep everything well-documented.

Deliverables
• Modern-minimalist WordPress theme (fully responsive)
• New dashboard template featuring configurable widgets
• Installation and usage guide, plus brief hand-off call or video

I’ll test on latest Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge; the project is complete when the site passes those checks and I can add or remove dashboard widgets unaided.
