Short Description
Need a freelancer to set up a simple, minimalist WordPress site using the Blocksy Free Theme (Persona Starter Site). No creative redesign, just executing a provided spec sheet.
Details / Requirements
Import Blocksy Persona Starter Site (Gutenberg version).
Follow my one-page spec sheet (palette, layout, cleanup checklist provided).
Delete unnecessary demo sections (services, clients, newsletter, etc.).
Header: Blueprint paper background, centered logo (SVG provided), gold/yellow typography.
Footer: Same blueprint background, gold/yellow typography, single column (NAP + legal links only).
Layout: 100% single column, no sidebars, no clutter.
Blog: Simple single-column cards, minimal meta.
Must test on mobile view to confirm scroll-first consistency.
Deliver final site with Customizer settings exported as backup.
