Minimalist Interactive WordPress Portfolio

I need a clean, minimalist portfolio site built on WordPress that lets me maintain every project through the dashboard while giving visitors a subtle sense of play. Two key interactions sit at the heart of the brief:

• Hover effects on thumbnails and text that reveal extra detail without clutter.
• A lightweight cursor-coordinate grid that follows the pointer, displaying X/Y values and softly highlighting the area beneath it.

Everything else should stay out of the way, letting the work speak for itself.

WordPress is already chosen, so please structure content with either Gutenberg blocks or ACF fields—whatever keeps future updates painless. The finished site must be fully responsive, load quickly, and remain accessible on all modern browsers. Feel free to use vanilla JavaScript, GSAP, or similar animation libraries so long as performance remains snappy.
