Install & Tweak WordPress Theme

I need a WordPress expert who can take a fresh install, add a new theme, and then tailor it to match my exact look-and-feel requirements. Expect tasks such as importing the demo, creating a child theme, adjusting layouts, colours, and typography through both the customiser and CSS/PHP edits, and making sure everything stays responsive across devices.
