Hebrew WordPress Site Replica

My WordPress site needs a complete overhaul so it looks and behaves just like https://pinookim.co.il/, all in Hebrew and fully responsive. The interactive elements on that reference site—sliders, hover effects, dynamic galleries—are my top priority, and I want the same smooth performance, clean code, and fast load times throughout.
