French WordPress Theme Setup and instal

I already have the hosting ready and simply need WordPress installed along with the DeviceMaster theme from ThemeForest (https://themeforest.net/item/devicemaster-mobile-computer-repair-services-wordpress-theme/54075095).
My requirements are straightforward:

• Install the latest stable version of WordPress on my server.
• Upload, activate, and fully configure the DeviceMaster theme.
• Import the theme’s sample/demo content so the site looks like the preview.
• Show me exactly where the translation files live (.pot/.po or language folder) so I can translate everything into French myself. If any strings sit outside standard language files, point me to their file paths.
• No extra plugins are needed—just what the theme requires to run.

Once the site is live and the sample content is visible, walk me through the admin area so I can verify menus, pages, and widgets. After that quick check, the job is done.
