Expert WordPress Developer to build Business Website

We are looking to hire an experienced WordPress web designer/developer to build a brand-new website for our business.

Scope of Work
• Install and set up the WordPress theme we have already purchased
• Build and customize the site design based on our brand identity and creative direction
• Populate the site with all content and social links (text, images, videos, documents, etc.) provided in an organized Dropbox folder
• Customize certain sections of the theme to fit our needs (styling, layout adjustments, functionality tweaks, etc.)
• Ensure site design is responsive, modern, and optimized across desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Configure essential plugins (SEO, security, caching, backup, analytics, tracking pixel, etc.)
• Ensure fast load speeds and basic SEO optimization (meta titles, descriptions, image alt tags, etc.)
• Test the site thoroughly before launch

Requirements
• Proven experience designing and customizing WordPress sites using pre-built themes
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and functional websites
• Ability to customize theme elements using WordPress Customizer, Elementor, or basic HTML/CSS/PHP where necessary
• Experience with website migrations/staging environments (so the new site can be built without affecting the live one, then launched cleanly)
• Good english communication skills, with clear timelines and regular progress updates

Deliverables
• Fully functioning, customized WordPress website built on our theme
• All content integrated seamlessly with strong visual design and consistent branding
• Mobile-optimized site with smooth user experience
• Final site migrated to our live domain (with staging setup during development)
• Handover of admin login credentials and any documentation for future updates

BONUS
• Knowledge of conversion-friendly design (CTAs, landing pages, event registrations forms, etc.)
• Familiarity with WooCommerce.
