Develop Front Page of Website Using Avada Theme Fusion Builder

Hello. I need someone to develop three universal sections on the homepage of my website (please see the accompanying image of what needs to be done). The three sections will need to be saved as universal, so I can duplicate them on the homepage. Also, I'll need the logo added to the top.

Do you have previous experience working with Avada Theme Fusion Builder?
