Our client is a leading real estate agency focused on off-plan projects. We need a highly customized WordPress website theme that showcases off-plan real estate projects, developers, and areas. Unlike typical real estate themes, we want project-level filters, dedicated developer and area pages, and an advanced search focused on projects rather than individual properties. The theme will be built on an existing WordPress real estate template, with modifications and custom post types to fit our specific needs.
Project Goals:
• Develop a user-friendly, high-performance website that allows users to search and filter off-plan projects.
• Create a visually engaging homepage with dynamic sliders, grids, and sections tailored to different aspects of our real estate offerings.
• Ensure the theme is lightweight, fast, and easy to manage, with minimal reliance on third-party plugins.
Scope of Work:
1. Template Customization:
• Start with a pre-selected real estate theme and customize it fully to align with our project needs.
• Separate the template from the original author by creating a fork of the theme:
• Rename theme files and remove any original licensing dependencies.
• Update the theme’s text domain and structure to prevent future author-related updates or conflicts.
2. Homepage Design and Structure:
• Modern Slider: Create a prominent slider to showcase the newest projects with CTAs leading to individual project pages.
• About Section: Short introduction to our agency with buttons for “List Your Property,” “Work with Us,” and “Facility Management.”
• Latest Projects Grid Slider: Display recent projects in Abu Dhabi with a filter by property type (e.g., townhouses, apartments, villas).
• Developer Slider: Interactive slider with clickable logos leading to developer profile pages.
• Popular Areas Section: Grid or slider for popular areas in Abu Dhabi, each linking to a filtered view of projects in that area.
• Blog Posts: Display recent blog posts with an option to explore more.
• Agent Card: Include an agent card with a CTA to contact for further inquiries.
3. Custom Post Types and Taxonomies:
