I want to launch a WordPress blog focused exclusively on written articles and I need a completely custom theme to make it stand out. The look should be clean, fast-loading and fully responsive, with an emphasis on readability and an intuitive publishing workflow inside the WordPress dashboard.
Key deliverables:
• Design and develop a bespoke WordPress theme, built from the ground up—no off-the-shelf templates.
• Configure the site so I can start posting articles immediately, including categories, tags, featured images and an easy-to-use homepage layout.
• Optimise for speed, SEO best practices and accessibility.
• Provide brief hand-over instructions so I can maintain and expand the blog on my own.
I already have hosting and a fresh WordPress install ready; you will receive full admin access once we start. If you’ve crafted custom themes before and care about clean code and typography, I’d love to see examples of your work.
