Build WordPress Site to Spec

I have a written requirements specification and I need it turned into a working WordPress site. The main purpose, exactly as captured in the brief, is “wordpress site according to requirements specification.”

You will install WordPress on my hosting, select or create a suitable theme, configure any needed plugins, and build out the pages, menus, and functionality exactly as described in the document I will share. The finished site must be responsive, secure, and straightforward for me to update.

Key deliverables:
• Complete WordPress setup and configuration per the specification
• All features fully tested and working on desktop and mobile
• Performance, security, and basic SEO optimised out of the box
• A short hand-over guide so I can manage content on my own
