PROJECT DESCRIPTION
We are launching Kaarmalink, a workforce management platform with district-level hierarchy.
We need a polished, modern website along with an internal HRMS-style admin dashboard where our team can manage workers, district heads, and approvals.
This is an MVP phase, but architecture must be clean, scalable, and easy to upgrade later.

Elementor or Gutenberg for page editing
Custom plugin or CPT-based HRMS logic
All data stored in our hosting database
No proprietary SaaS builders
