Arabic-English WordPress Redesign

I need a WordPress designer-developer who is comfortable working in both Arabic and English to give my existing bilingual site a full visual and structural refresh using the native Block Editor. The priorities are clear: bring the colour palette and logo into sharper focus so every page feels on-brand, reorganise the content structure so it reads naturally in both directions, and eliminate the lingering RTL/LTR inconsistencies that still affect the navigation and layout.

Along the way, you will be updating copy where wording or tone misses the mark, replacing dated visuals with AI-generated or carefully chosen stock photos that resonate with a Gulf audience, and rebuilding key pages inside reusable block patterns that I can drop into future content without touching code. Performance, accessibility and on-page SEO must improve noticeably—think Core Web Vitals, WCAG basics, logical heading hierarchy and clean schema.

Deliverables I need to sign off on:
• A concise style guide (colours, logo usage, typography, spacing)
• A library of reusable Gutenberg blocks/patterns for hero sections, callouts and bilingual text columns
• Fully responsive page templates, tested across common devices and browsers
