Amend wordpress website (landing page) for a legal services firm

Dear Wordpress designer,

I am looking for a website designer to improve the landing page of my legal services firm:

www.hakalaw.nl.

Timeframe: asap, ideally within 7 days.

I am looking for:

- design changes in order to achieve a professional and corporate aesthetic;
- check and where required fix the websites errors (i.e. interface on desktop, mobile and tablet);
- insert a cookies pop up as required under EU law
- the general terms and conditions need to open in a seperated web-document (that can be saved by the customer)
- Install an English version of the website (I will provide the English translation text)
- any futher maintenance (as far as required).
