word and pdf expert

Our client has a 20 or so page pdf (and its word source) which was formatted badly to start.
We need a WORD EXPERT to change out some graphs and fix some edits and most importantly fix the format. We also need a pdf at the end of the doc with no mobile features, (Retains size and shape of pages and things on them and does not shrink for mobile)
