sample questions

I need to add a chapter to my training manual, the chapter is already created in a word document marked as chapter 1 but i need it to be added to the original manual as a chapter 7 in the same format as the original manual and would also need to adjust all the other chapter according for numbering ( ie: original chapter 7 will then become chapter 8, original chapter 8 will become chapter 9 etc.) also the table of content will need to show the change
