I need a MS word guru to create a template

Hi, I am in the need for someone who can help me create a template. I am not a hundered % shure if this would be possible, maybe with macros. in brief I need the following:
I have t write a report about ultrasound of the heart. i would like to write or dictate (using dragon nuance dictation sotware) "left ventricel 50mm". When I say that in word should appear the following text "Normal left ventricel (LVEDD 50mm)".
On the other hand when I say "left ventricel 70mm" the text that should appear is "severe enlarged left ventricel (LVEDD 70mm). so the system has to understand what values are normal and what are not...
I would be happy for your help.
I use Word 2013 but could easily upgrade if that would be an issue.
