I need a microsoft word expert who also knows about printing books.

A multiple book project of 2010 pages, over half in pictures, mostly in colour. Currently on word 2010 and needs to be prepared for printing, presumably in pdf. At present in 7 sections. So much conflicting advice and jargon I will most likely have to hire someone to do it for me.
