I need a Microsoft Word Expert -- 3

I had an old word document that is very important and accidentally overwritten (Word 2019). I made a new document and named it by the same name, thus replacing/overwriting the old one and now I can't find that document anymore. I tried downloading data recovery software but it doesn't work. I don't back up my Macbook so I can't use Time Machine whatsoever. Please help me retrieve my older version of the document. I have attached the new document that overwrote the old document.
