I need a Microsoft Word Designer

I write CVs and would like a custom template, I've half decided on a colour scheme and have tried to do it myself but am finding the formatting aspects quite challenging. I don't believe this is a big project or much work, I just need somebody that is able to 'lock in' colour schemes and formatting to avoid things changing with edits.
