.dotm MACRO TEMPLATE File Edit & Usage Counter Removal - for Microsoft WORD

I need a .dotm file edited to remove the usage counter. The file should remain compatible with all versions of Microsoft Word. While the primary task is to remove the counter, any additional edits that enhance the file's functionality or performance would be welcomed.
