civil engineering project

I need a civil engineer graduate who is living in turkey, istanbul preferably asian side "Anadol" and who can speak english so that we communicate easier face to face, who is willing to explain in details anything I don't understand and willing to make the project with me.

Note: I study civil engineer and I am about to graduate.
