Scope of Work: Creation of 50 Educational Booklets for Year 3 Students
Objective:
To design and develop 50 unique educational booklets for Year 3 students, with progressively increasing difficulty, covering a range of subjects and activities suitable for their age group.
Deliverables:
50 individual booklets in PDF format, each with a unique theme and content.
Source files (editable formats) for all booklets.
All images and graphics used in the booklets.
Content Specifications:
Variety of Activities: Each booklet should include a diverse range of activities, such as:
Connect the dots
Spot the difference
Tracing activities
Mazes
Word searches
Number charts
Addition and subtraction problems
Multiplication problems
Progressive Difficulty: The difficulty level of the activities should gradually increase across the 50 booklets, starting with simpler tasks and progressing to more challenging ones.
Unique Themes: Each booklet should have a distinct theme or topic to keep students engaged.
Peek-A-Boo Page: Every booklet must include a page with the sentence "Write two sentences about Peekaboo the penguin." The lines on this page should progressively decrease in size across the 50 booklets.
Visual Appeal: Booklets should be visually appealing and engaging for young learners, using bright colors, clear fonts, and appropriate graphics.
Technical Requirements:
File Format: Booklets should be delivered in word and PDF format for easy printing and distribution.
Source Files: Editable source files should be provided for future modifications.
Image Quality: All images and graphics should be high-resolution.
Accessibility: Consider accessibility for students with visual impairments by using appropriate font sizes and contrasting colours.
Timeline and Milestones:
Initial Batch: 10 booklets to be delivered within a week.
Subsequent Batches: 10 booklets to be delivered every week thereafter, until all 50 are complete.
Feedback and Revisions: Allow time for feedback and revisions after each batch delivery.
Communication and Reporting:
Regular Updates: The freelancer will provide regular updates on progress.
Feedback Incorporation: The freelancer will promptly address and incorporate feedback.
Confidentiality:
The freelancer will maintain confidentiality regarding the project and its materials.
Payment:
Payment will be made on a [ payment schedule ] basis, upon successful delivery and approval of each batch of booklets.
