Word 7 document formatting details for a report. Shading headers and coverage page for better presentation effect.

I am looking to employ someone to help me with the formatting of my Word 7 document. Specifically, I am looking for the header and cover page to feature some shading and specific colors/design in order to create a more visually appealing report. I have the colors and design pre-determined, it just needs to be implemented in a professional manner. Formatting the headers to coincide with the Table of Contents at the front is also needed.
