MS Word dictionnary add-in

I am looking for a freelancer to create an MS Word dictionary add-in that supports the English language. I have a specific dictionary or word list to use for the add-in. When the user will type specific word in the Word document, the add-in will propose some synonym and when the user click on a synonym, the word will be replaced in the document.
Ideal skills and experience:

- Experience with creating dictionary add-ins
