MS Word Recipe Book Template

I'm looking for a basic MS Word template for a simple recipe book. The template should include:

- Content Page
- Author Page
- Introduction Page
- Content Pages

All pages should have consistent document styles and be ready for me to add my recipes and photos, and for eBook conversion.

Design Preferences:
- Document Style: Mediterranean, basic white and blue
- Layout: Grid layout with images and text
- Fonts: Calibri, Cooper Black or similar

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in MS Word
- Experience creating custom templates
- Knowledge of eBook formatting requirements
