Word and Proposal Preparation

Quickly to explain, I have two word documents. One has the design I need and the other has the content. There is something not correct with the design word document and I am not able to easily copy/paste from the content document. I need someone to work on this and prepare a proposal I need to submit tomorrow. Let me know if you can finish this job by tomorrow.
