Word to PDF with working cross-references, table of content links and boomarks

I need to export the word document into PDF preserving hyperlinks.
It did work for me perfectly ok a couple of days ago but needed to do some changes and it does not work now. If someone can help me to create a PDF with working cross-references, bookmarks etc. PDF and taught what is the trick that would be great!
(I am using a MacBook Air computer and Microsoft Office Word). I am attaching the PDF with not working hyperlinks).
