I have a manuscript requiring page numbers starting from the beginning of Chapter 1.
Details:
- Pages 1-9 are without numbers, starting from page 10 as #1.
- Use Arabic numerals (1, 2, 3...).
- Page numbers should be on the outside corners of each page.
