Word Document Reformatting & Editing

I need assistance with reformatting and editing a Word document that has been converted from a PDF.
I have a Microsoft Word document that was converted from a PDF, but the formatting is inconsistent and unprofessional. I need someone experienced in MS Word formatting and editing to clean it up and make it look polished.
Tasks:
Replace all mentions of "ECOH" with "Pillar To Post".
Update header and footer to:
Pillar To Post Home Inspectors
Project Name: Highline
Remove the existing green line design.
Replace Appendix I with the attached new PDF.
Reformat margins and clean up overall layout for a professional appearance.
Update the Table of Contents to reflect all the above edits.
Remove text boxes to allow easier editing in the future.
Delete pages 6–15 from the document.
