Word Document Format

We are requiring assistance to reformat word documents on the attached documents. We are requiring the 3 word documents to be joined together, all have the same font (Myriad Pro 10) and for the Indexes and Contents page numbers to remain correct. We have also attached a PDF Copy of what the finished product will look like, obviously before the changes
