- **Footnotes Handling:** Yellow text will be moved to bottom of document pages as numbered footnotes.
- **Formatting Needs:** While the original web page's formatting doesn't need to be retained, I expect the final docx to have a standard, professional document formatting that enhances readability. I will provide the docx template to follow.
