Urgent Research Paper Formatting

My manuscript is written but the layout is a mess. I need someone who can jump in immediately and turn it into a submission-ready research paper. Once we begin, I will share the exact style guide and any journal templates I have; your job is to make every page conform to those requirements.

That means smoothing margins, line spacing, and fonts, creating a clean title page, fixing heading levels, inserting automatic page numbers, aligning tables and figures with proper captions, and generating a perfectly formatted reference section. When you hand the file back I should be able to upload it to the journal portal with no further tweaks.

Please be comfortable working in Word (track changes on), have a sharp eye for detail, and be available to start as soon as you accept the project.
