Update Document Contact Details

I have an existing file that simply needs its contact and personal details brought up to date. All the content is already written; the only change is inserting my new address, phone number, and email wherever they appear while keeping the original formatting, layout, and style untouched.
Please work directly in the original file format (Word). Once the updates are in place, give the document a quick consistency check so headings, footers, and page breaks still look tidy, then return both the edited version and a clean PDF export.
Acceptance criteria
• Every occurrence of my old contact information is replaced with the new details
• No unintended shifts in fonts, spacing, margins, or pagination
• Final files delivered: updated .docx and matching PDF
