Turning a word document into a functional word book template

I am looking for a freelancer to help me turn a Word document into a functional Word book template.
Format: The desired format for the template is an editable Word document.
Design Elements: I have specific design preferences for the template and would like the freelancer to incorporate them.
Additional Features: I want the template to include additional features such as headers, and footers, this document was converted from a pdf file to Word but 1- Styles need to be rearranged, 2- page numbers need to function probably, 3- columns should function probably, 3- the freelancer hired should stick to the fonts in the pdf file. 4- the freelancer should provide screen recordings of the word document functioning.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word
- Strong PDF skills.
- Experience creating templates with additional features
- Ability to incorporate client preferences into the design
- NDO will be required.
